AA Markham Homes follows a very simple yet effective approach as outlined below.
STEP 1
PRELIMINARY DESIGN
We arrange for a meeting in your home with our design consultants to fully understand the direction of your project based on your list of priorities. We develop initial plans and materials and assemble a Budget accurate to +/- 10-15%.
STEP 2
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
Once you’re comfortable with the +/- 10-15%. budget, we finalize the design -including plans, sections and elevations. These plans are then reviewed and distributed for final pricing.
STEP 3
FINAL PRICING
We develop and present you with a Construction Estimate (+/- 5%) for approval. Once approved, we apply for the construction permit and prepare a construction schedule with a start date.
STEP 4
CONSTRUCTION
Construction begins on the appointed date, and you have a clear understanding of cost and timelines.
